we stayed 2 nights in this hotel but no staff to clean the room, make up bed, take out trash and fill up water for next day!!!

My girlfriend and I booked The Oddy for one night but we extended 2 more nights. The owner and staff are super friendly. The room is nice and worth in every penny we paid. If I could go back to Phuket, I'd stay here for sure.

Rent motorbike is the good idea. Don't ever take tuk tuk, they always over charge you.

The hotel is considerably new but I think its a little lack of maintenance. We got a very cheap price from the Booked.net but its for a very small room with no balcony. However, the staff was really nice to upgrade to a bigger room with balcony. So if you stay just for one night, you probably wouldn't mind staying in a no-balcony room. The distance to the beach is quite far but still can walk. Family mart and Jungceylon mall are near by. Very convenience.

The location of the hotel is unbeatable, as it's right in the heart of the action. You can easily walk to the beach or explore the town. the room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and hot shower. the staff were helpful and always available when needed.

The cleaness .The service of the staff was not like that professional as the charges of every item like bike rentals, airport transfers, tour package bookings offer are vary among different staff.Im hoping that Oddy will standardize the charges or listup everything in proper way.

My experience was ruined by the lack of cleanliness in the room. the bathroom was dirty and had an unpleasant odor.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. Everything was very clean and worked well. The staff were professional, friendly, and spoke excellent English. The location is great as it is close to everything in the city, including the Jungceylon shopping centre, the beach, and many restaurants. We didn't have to worry about parking as the hotel made transportation easy. Plus, the breakfast was delicious!

Very friendly, cool hotel. The staff was excellent and helped us with booking another hotel in Khao Lak and helped us with a ride to Khao Lak also. Really helpful and nice. The location is away from the busy streets and that was something we found nice and quiet.

I'd say 30 minutes walk from the beach which might be too far for some people.

Nothing, it is perfect.

The staffs are very helpful and friendly.. The room cozy enough and have a large bed for 3 of us! Love to stay there again next time ;)
